The 912 cooking thermometers feature a tri-display screen
which shows the cooking temperature, alarm limit, and either a timer or a
clock.
Heavy Duty
The probe of the cooking thermometers
can be left in the meat while cooking
(whether it is in the oven or grill), so you can monitor the
temperature while the food is being cooked, or just rely on the
alarm to alert you when the food has reached the desired temperature.
High Temp Alarm Limit
The high temperature alarm setting
allows you to set an alarm to sound when the temperature reaches a
certain degree.

Count Up/Down Timer
The 912
cooking thermometer will count down for the preset time and then when this
time elapses the timer will sound and start counting up to indicate the
elapsed time.

Choose between a 12 or 24 hour clock display.

The model 912 cooking thermometer will display
temperatures in Celsius (˚C) as well as Fahrenheit (˚F).
Magnetic Attachment
The magnetic attachment will allow you to place your
